Well, it’s been awhile since I have posted any of my projects on this page. Perhaps the wait was worth it! This beautiful complete home remodel took about three years with some downtime before we finally broke ground. That stage took a little over a year. All photos can be seen on my HOUZZ page, or my website. I also am posting glimpses of other projects, in all the stages, on my instagram account (got to stay on top of this social media stuff!)
I am currently working on two exciting projects, that are complete tear downs, rebuilding from the ground up. We are in the design stage now one has a demo date in April. I also have several other jobs in all stages of design. One with a move in date of next week! Happy to be working with such great clients, and their team of architects and builders.

I'm so honored to have been recognized for the sixth year in a row with two Best of Houzz awards for 2018, in the Design and Service categories!

This vibrant color palette is a fun change!
These are the fabrics and a few other components for the living room, great room, and kitchen.

And finally, Demo Day!
Can't wait for the finished product, 12 - 16 weeks and counting. This is a complete downstairs remodel, pushing out the kitchen wall and reworking the powder bath, family room, living room, dining room, entry, laundry and office. Another exciting project!

Excited that I was the interior designer recognized in the Orange County Register, OC HOME section today. They have been highlighting Bathroom design. Honored, and feeling privileged. Thank you OC Register, again for this honor!

It seems to be the year for Master Bathroom, bedroom remodels! All these bathrooms have beautiful walk in showers and free standing tubs. Spa like traquility.
The bedrooms are elegant retreats.
Can't wait to professionally photograph these spaces!

'The Bag Lady' takes center stage in my living room. And of course there is Layla to help in the ambiance of the room.
This amazing piece of sculptural art is made from a trash bag. It measures 7'H x 5'W.

After a year of drawing, planning, and designing, the remodel is complete of this 1960' Ranch style home.
We opened up the great room to capture the amazing view. Our color palette of warm grey, taupe and whites gave the continuity and simplicity that we were trying to achieve.
This was a dream project to work on. Best Contractor in the world, Pat Lenahan, fantastic client, and I loved the fact that this home was a short walk from my house!

We celebrated!!!! Premiere night and Resource party at a private beach club in Dana Point. After months of hard work, the Philharmonic House of Design opened today! It is open for the month of June so please come and see the beautiful work of 19 designers and help support the youth music program of the Philharmonic Society. I will post my professional photographs of the completed room soon. Could not be happier with the outcome!
