🚀 You can train posture, hip control and proper weight distribution almost anywhere with no equipment! Simply hold an A Position in front of a wall. The wall provides instant feedback, encouraging athletes to extend the hips while keeping strong posture with shoulders over the mid foot. Lack of hip control is a common issue that affects posture during sprinting. Athletes lacking this control will often pop up early or leak power by leaning back during late acceleration and top speed. This is a great max velocity pairing for groups or individual sessions.  We typically save our overspeed max velocity training for our 3rd phase (Speed Realization Phase) in our training system.   Utilizing a complex allows us to get some great overspeed work in with a larger group of athletes, even if we only had one @1080motion machine.  (Although we are fortunate to have 3 units in our facility affording us the opportunity to take larger group and team training to the next level!!!) This is one of many acceleration complexes that we use to improve our athletes mechanics, speed-specific power, and overall acceleration ability. Using a complex allows us to also improve flow in our workout and maximize the use of awesome tools such as our 1080 Sprint 2’s and our Swift timing gates with groups of up to 12 athletes, enhancing engagement and intent, while keeping optimal rest intervals.
