Happy ONE year anniversary to me!!!! It’s been a full year of working in a salon and wow, it’s been a ride!!!
But, I couldn’t have done it without the wonderful clients that I have, and the supporters who stand with me cheering me on!

🛑 Damaged Hair!!! I’ve been seeing quite a few clients with their hair like this, more specifically my teenage clients. This client has breakage around the perimeter of her hair. She is completely natural, but can you guess what caused this damage?? A number of things…. Heat and dryness are the main culprits. She doesn’t properly shampoo and condition her hair, and she applies heat almost everyday 🤬🤦🏽♀️…. Now, this is what she’s working with. And of course, as a teenager, she doesn’t want to cut it off, but baby… what are you holding on too? We’ve gotta let this DEAD hair go so that your GROWTH can begin.
