Sauna not as relaxing as it usually is but entertaining nonetheless.
Getting on the scale after the holidays can lead you down a road of mixed emotions. Kinda like New York was during her tenure on Flavor of Love.. lol..But one thing about weight is that you can lose it! Use this January to get back on track and you will be back to right quickly!!

Stretching is very important to your overall health and conditioning. Stretching can improve pain and stiffness, increase your range of motion, reduce risk to injury, improve blood flow among other things..be sure to get stretching in.

Here are my Top 10 exercises to keep you in shape.
Single leg deadlifts helps with balance, flexibility and stability while building leg and Glute strength. this is one exercise i feel even without using a dumbbell or barbell.
Of course Push-ups would crack my top 10. Push-ups work the upper body, core and Glutes. There are so many variations of push-ups you can do to target all areas you desire!
Exercise 7 : Is a strength exercise and one of my favorites. This exercise really targets you mid / lower back, shoulders and biceps. Add this exercise to your routine and you can see a great decrease in back rolls. Can be done with dumbbells or barbells. Be sure to have perfect form with this one !
Of course Planks we’re going to be in my top 10 Favorite exercises. Definitely one i love to hate but encompasses so many benefits. It helps strengthen your core, arms and glutes. It improves balance, posture and also can
strengthen your back. Your core is the center of your body and the stronger your core is the stronger your body will be altogether. 30 seconds in a plank can seem like an eternity but this is an exercise that if you do it consistently you will see results.
Squats are one of the most effective exercises to add to your workout. Not only do they help build your 🍑 but also work your core, quads and hamstrings. if you add weights to your squats it can also be a great cardio workout. Technique is very important the deeper the squat the more you activate those muscle and build that 🍑
