Rush Oak Park Hospital Cheers on COVID-19 Survivor
Gloria Diaz, a COVID-19 survivor, was discharged from Rush Oak Park Hospital today to the cheers of staff members after spending 15 days at the hospital. The Chicago resident said when she fell ill weeks ago, she told her husband, "If you are not taking me to Rush Oak Park Hospital, just leave me home and what will be will be." Diaz, a mother of three teenage boys, referred to her ROPH care team as her "angels."
