Today is my mom’s 85th birthday. Born to natives of Leonidio, Greece, my mother Toula has always shown me the value of connecting with your culture and the beauty in embracing all of our identities — their roots, their many facets, and their endless future possibilities. To honor her loving spirit and boundless Greek pride, I named Toula’s after her when we began making lip balms six years ago.

Today, Toula’s has matured into a cohesive brand with more products to offer than I could have imagined when it began. To its growth and to my mother’s health, I’m lighting a celebratory charcoal rose & frankincense candle. 🌹
