Better late than never- here’s the August lunch calendar!

Come see us tonight before back to school night! We will have a table up at 6-6:30pm selling our Fair Oaks spiritwear! You can also meet our new PTC board members as well. We accept cash, check, card, google pay and Apple Pay. See you there!

FYI on Ag Day shirts- they ARE the same design as last year.

We will be selling Fair Oaks spirit wear tomorrow at kindergarten orientation at 1:00pm! $10 for t-shirts and $25 for sweatshirts. Once school starts we will be sending order forms home as well. We have all sizes in t-shirts and sweatshirts available ☺️.

School starts this Thursday, August 8. Our janitors have been hard at work all summer getting school ready for the school year to start, including these fantastic new tables with permanent umbrellas for our upper grade kids 😍😍

Thank you Fair Oaks families for today! Between the volunteers and donations at the 6th grade party today to the families joining us tonight at our family picnic night we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to rub shoulders with you! Extra special thanks to our PTC President Carli Harbeck for not only chairing tonight’s Picnic Night but also for the HOURS of time she has given to our school over the last 2 years as her term comes to a close. Have a great weekend everyone!

Family Picnic Night details… it’s going to great! I’ll post some pictures of our raffles baskets tomorrow- they are AMAZING- and raffle tickets are only $1!
Bring dinner or buy some here! Bring your chairs and/or blanket and come down and enjoy friends, family and some Fair Oaks fun!

Family Picnic Night- May 17 6-8pm. Admission is free. Fancy’s cafe will have 3 kinds of tacos and agua frescas, Menchies, Kona Ice, Mountain Mike’s pizza and more! Come join us at this family friendly end of the year celebration!

It’s going to be a musical Monday- talent show in the morning and Monday night is the elementary band concert!

Staff Appreciation Week continued with a popcorn bar! Tomorrow will be our traditional Taco Thursday- lunch before Back to School Night!

It’s Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week at Fair Oaks! We celebrate it a week early because our 6th grade teachers will be at Outdoor Education next week and we definitely want them to be included!
Yesterday we provided lots goodies provided by many of you (they were delicious!) and this morning we have breakfast for the staff!

Don’t forget- Open House is Thursday evening!
It’s a minimum day- and we will have pizza and waters for sale starting around 6:15pm.

Congratulations to our Fair Oaks Science Olympiad team! 1st place out of 22 teams from across the county. Their hours of hard work and dedication has certainly paid off!

Save the Date- Family Picnic Night is coming up May 17! We are looking for donations for our raffle baskets. If you are able, please send them to school next week- there will be a wagon in front of the library for items to be placed in.

Did we mention we LOVE to say YES! Your generous support at our events like the jog a thon and upcoming raffle allow us to do and provide fun, hands on activities for our students- including this super fun multi-themed fruit stand/ice cream stand for our TK classroom 😍

Rodeo Parade- this group braved the rain and the cold- and were FANTASTIC! We loved seeing your smiling faces! Special thanks to our staff for organizing this!

We ❤️ to say YES- when teachers come to us with requests at our PTC meetings! Mr. Blanc requested funds to purchase a sphero indi for his class- they are AMAZING! We are pleased to share that Mr. Cortes was able to purchase more of these STEM items so more classes are able to use these super cool coding cars.
