Hey everyone! I'm working on my Friday deliveries today so let me know if you would like to be added to the list :) I will not be doing delivery meet ups this weekend so get them in beforehand ❤️

Will not be doing spontaneous deliveries this Saturday...if you would like a delivery you will have to get in touch with me today or tomorrow at the latest.. Austin would be delivering as I will be out of town for the day. ❤️

Hey everyone! Just letting all of you know there will be NO deliveries this Saturday (tomorrow) so we can cheer on Austin racing in KVACS. Also if you want to add on a last minute delivery in town Sunday please get those orders in to me tomorrow so I have time to make them up when I get home... Austin will be doing the deliveries Sunday ❤️

Hey everyone, happy Wednesday!! Working on the second half of this week for deliveries and thought I'd post.. if you are in Oakland and want a delivery meet up I'm almost always flexible in arranging it any reasonable time, so long as I am around and no track events.. Unless you are going and want a delivery cuz that has happened too 😂.. I also do have a set schedule of Fridays 9am at KSW on College Ave in Waterville as well as at the Williams elementary for after school pick up...AND Saturdays at noon at Wal-Mart.

This week and the transition to deliveries has been fantastic and more than I could have hoped for. I get the opportunity to chat for a bit with a bunch of you, drive around and enjoy the beautiful weather and yes even enjoyed some extra sleep 😂...There is still time to get a delivery this week if you have been thinking about it and/or get you on the schedule for routine weekly or monthly deliveries/Meet ups ❤️

Today ended an era.. after over 3 years we closed the door on the storefront and as of Monday go official dry tea delivery/Meet up ❤️ thank you for everyone that came in and supported us. Thank you for all of the bonds and memories. We love you guys so much ❤️
As of Monday feel free to message the page or text the business phone with weekly or monthly dry tea orders.

This is currently what's left for the shakes. Once they are gone they are gone. Until we close on Saturday these are $2.50 a piece dry or $3.50 a piece made.

Great time to stock up on protein meal replacement shakes. Once they are gone they are gone!

Reminder I am closing at 9am today for an appointment.. at noon Thursday and Friday then the normal 8 to 2 on Saturday for the last day the store is open before switching over.

Windows open, reggae music playing and working on weekly and even a monthly dry tea order. People are beginning to prepare for the switch over and the buzz is super positive.

While the store front may be closing down we have begun to compile quite a list of our customers for weekly tea deliveries/meet ups! It will keep you hydrated caffinated and a quick little hello visit with me! I can even deliver to your business if local 😉
This is fantastic for my dry tea customers already and a great alternative for my other customers.

‼️‼️ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT‼️‼️
Many of you have reached out to me after seeing my storefront on the marketplace for rent.. Yes. Many factors have come into place in the last several weeks and we have made the decision to close down the storefront.
I am incredibly grateful to all of you for the support and relationships built over the last 3+ years. And count myself blessed that you were all so nice to my children. At one point Stephon, Austin, Emma and Parker all worked in my store. Remember when Austin was so shy when we opened? Now he is Oaklands Austin! Or how every time you ordered a shake Parker also danced while it was blending up? 🤣... many memories and so much growth created in this 500 foot of space that 465 Nutrition called home.
Our last day open will be SATURDAY April 20 so that Austin also has the opportunity to be there to say goodbye as well.. If over the next 2 weeks it starts looking more empty in here that is why.
We sincerely appreciate all of you and thank you all for the last 3 years! ❤️

Did you know we do lots of dry teas for you to make at home? A few extras for when you can't get here in time, a weeks worth, some even a months worth at a time. You may not have the awesome ice or few minutes of interaction with us daily this way but it makes up in convenience. All the teas on our menu boards are available to order this way.

Wednesday April 17 I will be closing at 9AM for an appointment.

Happy Eclipse Day!! I didn't realize how big of a deal this event is to my children and how much they truly want to see the 100%... So we are going to be spontaneous last minute travelers and head North. I'm closing at 10 to go grab them from school and begin a day of memory making.

Ok I made it in and ready to go so opening at 7 ✔️

I'm going to shoot for a 7am opening but will keep u posted.

School is closed tomorrow so although this was already anticipated and expected so are we. If you must be out tomorrow be safe ❤️

When you stop in today consider grabbing a dry or two so you aren't potentially left uncaffinated for the upcoming storm. Remember if RSU 18 is closed so are we.

Upon carefully monitoring the storm tomorrow I have made the decision to close and keep Austin safe at home and off the roads. If any of you have to go out tomorrow please be safe ❤️ oh and BTW who has connections to tell Mother Nature it is Spring and we don't want this stuff now 😂😂

Hey everyone!! I am OPEN and while cash is easier I am able to do cards via manual entry on my phone...our internet is still down.

Hey everyone! So the kids and I stopped by earlier and saw there was power at the store. Provided it is still up and running tomorrow we will be open! Please bring cash or be patient in case I need to be creative with debit card purchases as I don't know if the internet is working for my register..but if you don't have power tomorrow and need to come chill where there is heat and power to charge ur devices and if the internet is working hop online for a bit please stop in. As long as the power is on I will be there 6 to 2!
