Coach Christmas played division 1 college lacrosse at the University of Virginia where he was a 2x All-American & All ACC selection as well as winning a national championship. After college coach Christmas player in the NLL, MLL (now the PLL) & LXMpro tour. Entering his 7th year as the head coach at De La Salle, coach Christmas has been focused on growing the game in Northern California since 2011.

“Hi, Skyline Fam! My name is Lila Duke and I currently play midfield for Moreau Catholic High School Varsity and HS 26/25 team and the 2026 NDP team.
This is my third year playing lacrosse and I absolutely love it. I had such a great time playing with Skyline Lacrosse Club last year, and I hope that I can help these girls have an equally fun and awesome season while also improving their lacrosse skills.

Outside of lacrosse I enjoy reading, drawing, and hanging out with my friends.”

14U Girls, Nia Crump

Hi, Skyline Family! My name is Nia Crump and I’m one of the 14U Girl’s Coaches! I am so excited to join the lacrosse family and working with all of the players this season. I also coach the ADVNC 24/25 Team and am a Official!

I played D1 Lacrosse at West Point and was the captain my senior year! I am originally from Maryland and moved out to California for work. Outside of lacrosse, I like to run, go to comedy shows, try new restaurants, and explore the outdoors!

I’m so excited to be coaching for skyline and cant wait for a great season!

Girls Goalie Specialist, Kenzie Cain

Hello, Skyline! My name is Kenzie Cain and I’m so excited to work with the goalies on the girls side. I am a Skyline Lacrosse Alum who was with the program for six years, beginning at the U9 level. I am currently a sophomore at Bishop O’Dowd High School (go, Dragons!) and this is my second year playing on the women’s varsity team. I also play competitive travel lacrosse for on their HS 24/25 team and NDP 2025 team. I am also a Junior Official, so you may see me officiating some games! Outside of lacrosse, I love playing the saxophone and acoustic guitar, hanging out with my two dogs, reading, or building LEGO.

I’m happy to give back to my local recreational lacrosse club that helped me grow as a player. See you on the field!

“I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade. I played club at Cal Poly SLO for two years, then D1 at UC Davis for 3 seasons. I’ve coached clinics, 10U, JV, and Varsity. I live in San Francisco and work in Learning and Talent Development at LinkedIn. In my free time, I like to do yoga, hike, play tennis and soccer! I’m excited to coach the Skyline U10 team this season!”

12U Girls, Morgan Dougherty

“Hey! I’m Coach Morgan Dougherty. Currently, I play on Dominican University of California’s inaugural women’s lacrosse team and this year will be my fifth year playing the sport. Notable achievements of my high school career include the Nevada South All-Academic Award (2022) and All-Conference First-Team Award (2022). I additionally played soccer and basketball for an upward of ten years, which has greatly helped me transition into playing lacrosse full-time.

As a volunteer coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with players of Westward Lacrosse, MovinUp, Coronado High School, and Faith Lutheran in my hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. I am actively working towards a Level One Coaching Certification by US Lacrosse.

In terms of academic life, I am a member of my university’s Honors Program and have a 4.0 GPA. I am presently majoring in both Biological Sciences and Business Administration, in aspiration of becoming a medical dermatologist.

My pastimes consist of studying, writing, reading, hanging out with my friends and family, and playing with my two dogs. I have a passion for helping others and I am incredibly grateful and excited for the opportunity to work with the players of Skyline Lacrosse!”

12U Girl’s Coach, Addecca Day

“My name is Addecca Day, and I am from Ramona, California. I moved up here to attend Dominican University of California, where I major in Biological Sciences, with the intent of pursuing a career in Pediatric Anesthesiology. I am also a member of the inaugural Women’s Lacrosse Team at Dominican, and currently hold a 4.0 GPA. This is my seventh year playing lacrosse, and I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to continue to share my knowledge of the game by coaching for Skyline. In high school, I was a 4-Year varsity starter, 4-Year All-Academic Team, Junior MVP, and Senior Head Captain. My coaching experience includes volunteering for Olive Peirce Middle School’s Lacrosse Program and Co-Head Coaching for ADVNC Girls Club 12U Team. I enjoy hiking, yoga, photography, and going on adventures with friends and family. I am super excited to start coaching for Skyline!”
