The blend is formulated
with herbs to help promote milk supply (milky oat, fennel, alfalfa and nettle). We also add additional herbs - chamomile, raspberry leaf and dandelion - for their calming effects and to balance the flavor. 

This is a loose leaf tea, so we recommend using it with a tea steeper or disposable tea bags. 

Each bag contains about 30 cups of tea. We recommend nursing moms to drink 1-3 cups daily for the most effective results.

2023 was a year of MAJOR growth for our small business. ✨ hired four new full time staff members, bringing our total to 7 full-time team members (not including myself!) ✨ brought our total weekly clients up to 55 families ✨ surpassed 1 million in total revenue for the first time! ✨ Elyse took a four month maternity leave, and the company thrived under the leadership of Chandler (director of operations), Bruce (CDC) and Lee (catering manger) ✨ Added nee weekly add-on products (frozen chicken tenders & lactation cookies) ✨ Added countless new recipes to our rotation ✨Expanded our catering program under the leadership of @radical_softness ✨ Provided thousands of delicious, healthy meals for families across the Bay Area! Making tamales is always more fun in a group! This week’s vegetarian tamales with poblano peppers, mushrooms and Oaxacan cheese. ⚡️

Vegan chocolate mousse with strawberries, coconut whipped cream & hemp seeds. ⚡️ I’ll even share the recipe for the chocolate mousse here! VK Vegan Chocolate Mousse 🌟 (Makes 1 Qt) 12 oz dark chocolate bar or chips (70%)  3 cups ripe avocado (approximately 4, depending on size) ¾ cup cacao powder  1.5 cup almond milk 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt  Directions: 1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler until just melted.  2. Roughly combine all other ingredients by hand.  3. In batches, add mix to the food processor. Blend until mostly smooth. 4. Add melted chocolate in a slow, steady stream and continue blending until it resembles a mousse!

Simple and seasonal. Starting the work week off right with this Vita Kitchen grain bowl meal.

Our chicken bone broth simmering. ⚡️ We use a proprietary ratio of chicken bones, wings and feet for a balance of flavor and collagen. When the weather cools down I like to enjoy a warm mug of broth as a comforting, delicious beverage. The collagen in the broth is great for gut health as well as healthy skin and hair! #bonebroth
