Adapting a recipe learned from his grandmother and made only in small batches, they produce a one of a kind chocolate roll. They pride themselves in making “slow chocolate”, where every label is hand-colored and they carefully roast their cacao beans over a wood fire. Indulge in a wonderful variety of chocolates including Basil, Cinnamon, Leche, Coconut, Orange, and more!

🍸🍹 serves a delicious, non-alcoholic beverage that is 100% All Natural, Plant based, Gluten-Free and Vegan. Founder Zoi Wiley is an avid traveler & restaurateur who spent 4 years living in Trinidad and opening a restaurant. Chef Tim Foods was started by husband and wife team, Tim & Sabrena Jutzi. Chef Tim has 17 years’ experience as a Chef in the food service industry, which even includes the Pentagon in Washington, DC. For many years, Tim’s customers raved about his Vinaigrette, telling him he should bottle it. In November 2008 they purchased some bottling supplies and started on their dining room table. Now Chef Tim offers his delicious vinaigrette as well as delicious seasonings! This is a booth you don’t want to miss!

Jimmy's Hatch Pepper Salsa makes delicious salsa using one of our absolute favorite ingredients: hatch peppers from New Mexico! After discovering hatch peppers and experiment with them, he launched Jimmy's Hatch Pepper Salsa at a local farmers market! With his success he was able to turn his hobby into a small business! Sample and shop from his delicious salsas this fall at the Pennsylvania Chocolate and Coffee Festival.
