Hello Ladies!

The continued posts here on the C-6 group make me (Dr. Jenny) both happy and sad. Sad that we didn't quite survive the pandemic, but happy that the energy and passion lives on. While we are all doing our own thing, here is what I have been up to: to be honest, I’ve been quite busy! I am so thrilled to announce that my new course, Empty Tank Syndrome: Why Resilience is Not Enough, is about to be open for enrollment ONLINE. This course has been a long time in the making, with numerous years spent gathering data, research, and information to share with the world.
The day before I open enrollment for Empty Tank Syndrome, I will be hosting a FREE webinar. During this webinar I will share 3 steps you can take to fill up your empty tank, as well as provide additional information about the course.

The free webinar will take place on January 26th at 7:00pm EST.
Enrollment into Empty Tank Syndrome will be open from January 27th to February 3rd.

With summer in full swing and life getting back to a new normal with travel and vacation, we here at C-6 Equestrian are going to take a bit of a break and tend to a few things. Another great Zoom call tonight C-6 Family! Dr. Jenny had a great time talking about the power and importance of journaling with all who attended. Journaling is a great way to tap into different parts of our brain and help us reveal a whole new level of self-awareness! Your homework for the next two weeks is to journal every night, even if it is just for a few minutes, and next time we meet we will reflect on how the process went and discuss how we can use journaling to work with our goal-setting process!

⚡️Athena Update⚡️

Athena has always shown potential to be the ultimate athlete but is currently lacking some “life skills” that will potentially help her to tap into her abilities without getting stressed! She has spent a lot of time re-learning the ABC’s in the round pen, but this basic learning can be boring especially for a girl with Athena’s character! Sinead and her both felt the need to lighten up the mood with a little fun to stay inspired and motivated 💜
