Hi all my ho**ah friends. Wooly here and I have a Custom built aluminum side cover for the Airlines R-260-4 compressor. Their side cover is powder coated steel which will turn to s**t after a year or two and when they finally rust apart the new ones are $60.00. I’m selling my custom Aluminum covers for the same price. Hi all my ho**ah friends. Wooly here and I have a very important message that I need you to all share. We all know that the Airline By J Sink has been jacking there prices to the roof. I’m going to do my best to help you all with whatever I can. Please ask questions if you need help. For now I’m address the air intake filter from the Airline. They upped the price to $40.00 which is crazy. I have a replacement solution which totally out performs the Thomas 1975 air intake filter. I but it on amazon and it’s a fraction of the cost plus it’s an ACTUAL air filter NOT a piece of felt. It’s the same thread 3/8” NPT and will screw right on. On the Airlines felt filter you cannot buy a replacement filter, you have to spend $40.00 on a whole new filter. With the filter from amazon you can but a 4 pack of replacement filters on Amazon for $8.99.
Don’t waste your money on the felt when you can get much better air flow with the other filter. Tell your friends, they fit ALL Airline air intake staffs. Drop me a line if you have any questions. I’m here for you.

If anybody needs the following items for The Airline I may have it. Whip hose stainless steel clips are $5.00 each. 2” ID belt loop/clips that will work on ANY ho**ah dive belt $5.00 each, this way you can eliminate the tow belt and you don’t have to have 5 belts just to dive.

This is the cheap crap you get when dealing with the Airline. This will totally shred your lid straps. I absolutely get tired of fixing these when working on Airlines at my house. Total incompetence on their part if there to blind to see this.

To all Airline customers who own the older double head Model C-360 you’ve probably heard you can’t buy the connecting rods no more as they were discontinued. I can get the conrods for the C-360 units. Do not waste money on new units when your unit can still be serviced. The C-360 pumps 16 CFM@ 0 PSI. This unit is worth repairing for the amount of air it puts out. Also I’m in the works for being an Official Brownies service center here in Ocala after I work out a few things with the fine Brownie folks. I do all types of repairs on Airlines and Brownies. Plus I’m an Authorized Honda Dealer. IMPORTANT TIPS FOR YOUR HO**AH

1) READ THE MANUAL CAREFULLY THAT COMES WITH THE HO**AH

2) ALWAYS USE A FUEL STABILIZER

3) DO NOT OVERFILL THE FUEL TANK. THERE IS A SILVER SLEEVE YOU WILL SEE WHEN YOU OPEN THE GAS CAP. FILL GAS JUST BELOW THAT RING. IF YOUR UNIT DOESN’T HAVE THE SLEEVE THEN FILL NORMAL.

4) WHEN YOU’RE DONE DIVING FOR THE DAY LET THE ENGINE COOL DOWN, UNSCREW YOUR YELLOW DIVE HOSE FROM THE BLACK HOSE, REMOVE THE CLEAR AIR STAFF AND COVER WITH THE BLACK DUST CAP. SPRAY ENTIRE ENGINE WITH FRESH WATER, AND DON’T BE AFRAID TO USE THE WATER, SPRAY EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY. AFTER SPRAYING, REMOVE THE BLACK DUST CAP AND START THE ENGINE. USING THE RED CAP INSIDE THE BLACK CAP PUT AT LEAST 12 OR MORE RED CAPS OF FRESH WATER INSIDE THE BLACK PLASTIC DELRIN/AIR INTAKE. GIVE YOUR SELF 10 SECOND INTERVELS BETWEEN EACH CAPFULL. NEVER PUT A GARDEN HOSE IN THE DELRIN/AIR INTAKE BECAUSE WATER DOES NOT COMPRESS AND YOU CAN DO DAMAGE TO THE UNIT. THE RED CAPS ARE ENOUGH TO CLEAN ANY SALT DEPOSIT THAT MAY HAVE GOTTEN IN THE COMPRESSOR WHILE OUT DIVING. YOU CAN NEVER OVER CLEAN THE UNIT JUST REMEMBER TO GIVE EACH CAP A 10 SECOND INTERVAL. NOW WHEN YOU’RE DONE WITH THAT SHUT THE FUEL LINE OFF AND LET IT RUN OUT OF GAS. IF THE UNIT IS NOT GOING BE USED FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS THEN YOU MUST TAKE A 10MM WRENCH AND DRAIN THE GAS FROM THE TWO FUEL BOWLS. WHEN FINISHED AND EVERYTHING IS DRY NOW YOU CAN SPRAY SOME T-9 PROTECTANT. THEN COVER WITH LID.

5) IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THE FUEL IS SHUT OFF BEFORE REMOVING THE TWO FUEL BOWLS.
