Saturday June 22nd from 10a-6 pm Location: Ocala, FL Level I Reiki is perfect for anyone looking for self development, growth and empowerment. A desire to understand the body and to offer self healing as well as working with others. This training will include Intro to Reiki: Understanding what Reiki is, its history, & principles. Energy Basics:Learning about energy centers (chakras), energy flow, & the human energy field. Self-Healing Techniques: Techniques for channeling Reiki energy to self for relaxation & healing. Hand Positions: Learning standard hand positions for treating others. Scanning: Techniques for scanning the body to detect energy imbalances. Ethics/Law: Understanding the ethical considerations & professional practices in Reiki. Attunement: Receiving an attunement to open the energy channels & connect to the Reiki energy. Lots of hands on practice will be included throughout the training as well as a session with me before the 22nd & any follow up attunements and practice with me that you may want!
