Had a new client reach out and say she was on her way. Clearly a mix up as I was off. So I listened. She said “Jessi” had called her to ask her to move her appointment. She immediately felt like something was up and called her friend. Said the lady on the phone sounded like she was at a call center and of Asian decent. I quickly let her know I’m a chunky blonde haired blue eyed girl. My client told her similar info so she knew it was a fake. She’s a referral from one of my existing clients, so I know this is legitimate. Unbelievable. This Facebook, my Website and my business number listed are the only possible ways to reach out.
