Joyfull KupCakes

Even though I specialize in cupcakes, I will make cakes as well. This was a chocolate 3 layered cake filled with white chocolate buttercream and topped with vanilla buttercream. The colors are all-natural. None of those nasty chemicals & dyes found in store bought cakes!

Back to baking again after a very busy first term at school and work. I hope a very special 11 year old and his 5th grade class enjoy these!

Holiday season means parties for the kids at school. Made these Hot Cocoa cupcakes with marshmallow buttercream for our oldest son’s party tomorrow.

Decided November was almost here, so it was time for some fall flavors. Made some Cinnamon Apple Muffins with fresh Honeycrisp apples.
They taste like everything fall should taste like 😊

Vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with Swiss merengue buttercream for a birthday party tomorrow.
If you haven’t tried Swiss merengue buttercream, I can highly recommend it! Silky smooth and just sweet enough. Truly delectable 😊

I had some leftover frosting, so I went ahead and made some more goodies. Carrot cake cupcakes topped with cream cheese Swiss merengue buttercream.

Cupcakes not your “thing”? How about cheesecakes? These are little individual strawberry cheesecakes. Made with a graham cracker crust, cheesecake filling with homemade strawberry sauce and topped with a cream cheese Swiss merengue buttercream.

Made a batch of Cannoli Cupcakes today. The cupcakes have a traditional sweet ricotta filling with orange zest and little chocolate morsels and topped with a creamy mascarpone frosting. They are truly scrumptious!

I have double deliciousness today! Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream and strawberry cupcakes with strawberry buttercream, drizzled in white chocolate. All-natural with no artificial flavors, preservatives or dyes.

Vanilla cupcakes with brown sugar Italian merengue buttercream. Looks are definitely deceiving with these! The buttercream tastes like a silky old-fashioned vanilla milkshake!

I can't describe how thankful I am for all the new "Likes"!! THANK YOU!! It really means so much to me and my family, especially now, when we are struggling to keep a roof over our heads. Unfortunately, life has dealt us yet another difficult hand. But I believe that everything happens for a reason. I have also learned to not take anything for granted. So, thank you all.
