All our meats are nitrite and nitrate free; that is why the bacon doesn’t have the red color we’re used to seeing in the grocery store. Dear Loyals, We regret to inform you that we will run out of Brisket by Wednesday, May 6th. For this reason we cannot take brisket orders in advance for later in the week.
