I think it’s time to stop listening to everyone else’s opinion of what you should do and how you should do it.
They’ve not walked your journey nor endured your struggles, so they don’t know your reasons.
They don’t have to.
But don’t let them tell you that it’s too late or what you can’t do…
They don’t know the amazing things you’re capable of.
You’re survived so much, fought so many battles and emerged out of the flames beaten and battered..but alive and strong.
You’re not defined by the failures, heartache and bad decisions..
But by the courage you showed to fight through it all.
Anything is possible - no matter how hard or how large, the only thing stopping you is you.
Maybe you’ve lost that spark and drive along the way as life has been harsh…
But it’s your time to take it back.
Own your magic, find your voice and discover your reasons-
To keep going, to grow, to evolve.
Dreams don’t have deadlines and greatness doesn’t have an expiration, so stop telling yourself that it’s too late, you’re too old or that you’re too tired.

Small steps with great love.
Get a fresh haircut.
Buy a new outfit.
Learn how to cook a dish.
Write your book.
Manifest your magic in everything you do and you might just amazed at what can happen.
It may not be overnight or miraculous, but you can slowly change your life..

He is 85 and insists on taking his wife’s hand everywhere they go. When I asked him why his wife kept looking away, he responded, ‘because she has Alzheimer's.’ I then proceeded to ask him, ‘will your wife worry if you let her go?’ He then replied, ′she doesn't remember anything, she doesn't know who I am anymore, she hasn't recognized me for years.’ Surprised, I said, ‘and you have continued to guide her every single day even though she doesn't recognize you?’ The elderly man smiled and looked into my eyes and said, ′’she may not know who I am, but I know who she is, and she is the love of my life.’ ❤️

It’s been a long time since I’ve been truly happy with myself.
I’ve not been true to myself for a while and it’s tearing me apart.
It’s a hard thing when you lose yourself along the way and don’t really know how to find the way back to your true nature.
So, I stopped trying to think about what I should do and started feeling my way back instead.
I think I had lost myself in all the busyness of life and had forgotten how to lose myself in the moments and emotions of who I was.
That girl that I was-
The one full of love, peace and happiness had been there all along..
I guess I just put her aside as I chased life and got caught up in all the stuff I wanted.
She waited for me patiently until I remembered who I was and the things that made me happy and at peace.
Truthfully, I just needed to slow down and breathe in the beauty more.
I couldn’t let the beautiful magic of the moments back into my heart until I was ready..
And that girl inside of me needed to know that it was time to come out again..
That it was safe to blossom and emerge freely once more.
It’s ironic how we sometimes get swept away in the chasing of our dreams and need to be reminded that being true to ourselves is important too.
Making the time to fill our souls with peace and love is just as crucial as pursuing our dreams..
So, I’m calling that girl that’s been waiting for me to invite her back.
I’ve let her be neglected for too long and I need her back.
She needs to feel the wind in her hair and the sunlight on her face.
It’s time to finally come home.
I can’t wait.
It’s time to stop walking..
And start loving all the things that made me feel joy before.
Now I realize what I always knew before:
I was born to dance through the days and fly high through the nights.
It’s a great day to be alive,
Starting with me,
Starting with right now.

The natural world uses the winter as a time to replenish, and prepare for a new year of growth. As we approach the winter season, there is a transition from warm energy to a time of rest to be found in Bears Ears.

The black bear is preparing for hibernation, Western rattlesnakes slither into a state of brumation, Mexican Spotted Owls save their energy for thermoregulation, and other creatures find ways to stay warm in preparation for the winter.

Just as humans and animal relatives rest during the winter months, so too, should landscapes. The accumulation of winter snow recharges mountain springs and ensures water for the spring and summer. Allowing traversed areas to rest allows soils and plants to repair. The conception of year-round productivity is a western value. We hope you have the opportunity to recharge during this cold, dormant season.

The winter is an opportunity to practice intentional care for our spirits, our bodies, and our minds. We also hope you find time to reflect on the past year, give thanks for all your blessings, and show appreciation for those you care for. Stop telling yourself all the cants you’ve made yourself believe.
You’re better than that, so shrinking yourself for the expectations of others or because you’re afraid will never be enough for you.
It’s okay to be scared..
That means you’re alive- in fact, we’re all scared at first.
Before you do it, it may seem impossible or implausible,
And that’s okay, too.
Please don’t tell me that you’re too old, too tired, too beaten down or too weak.
I know it’s hard to believe in yourself because you’ve been downtrodden and at rock bottom for so long.
But this is where you start your comeback.
This is the chapter in your life that changes your life..
And it’s all up to you.
Before you say I’m naive, that I don’t know how hard it is or that I don’t know what it means to be tired..
I do.
I’ve been where you are and I made a choice to rise from the ashes of the old life that I burned down..
So, it’s your turn to choose to rise up or stay down.
Whatever your dreams are, no matter how big or how small,
You’ve got this.
Learn to dance.
Start a new career.
Skydive.
And when you get to that point where you’re scared and maybe it even hurts a little..
Keep going.
Your best days, your loudest laughter and deepest loves are still ahead of you.
Stop saying what could go wrong and start believing what could go right.
It’s your life.
You’ve got one shot.
Make it a memorable one.
