Maintenance season starts the first of May, don't forget to have your hvac system serviced.

I found this poor little blower motor, wheel & housing in desperate need of a cleaning. Here's some before and after pictures. This can cause all kinds of problems for your heat and air equipment, not mention the air quality issues it creates for you to breathe in.

This poor little system was also short on return air by about half the required cfms. I picked up a return air filter grille and the customer had it installed. Now this is a happy little system that has proper return and a clean blower motor, wheel & housing.

From an old worn out unit to a new package unit running like a champ! I genuinely love my job, and I am so blessed to be able to do what I do.

Well Oklahoma, it's that time of year where the outside is trying to kill us. Be sure to not overwork your units in this heat. Those poor compressors are working nonstop and they'll need a break from time to time.
