Found this little guy while mowing.

Dark Opal Basil, headed to Jones Assembly.

Amaranth, Ruby Streaks Mustard, Opal Basil, Red Cabbage, Red Rambo Radish, China Rose Radish, Pea Shoots, and Sunflower.

Genovese basil, sunflower, pea shoots, China rose radish, crazy mix, broccoli, ruby streaks mustard.

Heck yes!

This is my favorite meal!

Haven’t been able to enjoy it for about 10 years.

I’ve been battling auto-immunity, IBS, and despair.

A couple months ago some folks prayed for me and Jesus healed my stomach.

Thank You Jesus and thank you wife for grilled cheese and tomato soup!!!

I’d expand more on all this, but my meals getting cold…

It would be a lot easier to just tight pen our animals and feed them grains year round, but it’s important to us that our animals constantly have fresh grass, pasture, or woods. This not only heals the land, but helps the animals stay healthier as well.

It’s not always easy to do and it’s a lot of work. We definitely aren’t perfect at it but we are always striving to raise our animals in a way that is not only nourishing for you and us, but also nourishing to the land as well.
