Shake, shake, shake to make BUTTER!
Just in time for the Thanksgiving Break! All of our fourth grade students made butter!
With a little heavy cream and a whole lot of kinetic energy (shake, shake, shake)... our 4th graders actually made delicious butter!
The science behind it is amazing. It went from creamy, to frothy, to whipped, to separating the skim milk at the bottom with the butter fat at the top! Incredible right? It was!
