We have some very very exciting changes coming up this month!! I am so thankful to now be able to put more effort into growing my business and becoming my own boss. For those who don’t already know please keep me in mind for any future events or catering opportunities. My books are wide open and I am now excepting contracts!! I already have a few events booked but I am able to do larger orders now and have created space for a large commercial oven! This weeks cake is a chocolate peanut butter whiskey cake with peanut butter filling and black chocolate icing. I loved making this cake! It was soo fun!!

Tried out a new flavor that seemed to be a hit! This beautiful cake is white chocolate raspberry. White chocolate cake with fresh raspberry and raspberry jam between the layers then iced with a white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

I made the CUTEST mushroom cupcakes for a baby shower today!!
