Before and after pics!
All new exterior with can lighting in soffits and added new windows.
Re leveled the deck and added new railings and support posts with an eye catching front stair case accessing the deck from both levels now!
Added underground downspouts to stop the water issues they were having.
The last pic shows what we brainstormed on and how to make the under deck accessible while it's raining and this is the idea we came up with sloped white metal going into our seamless gutter which looks great we think!
