Hi microgreens lovers! Samplers are back in stock at Gull Harbor Mercantile and Sundance Farm stand in Olympia! Next delivery will be in 2 weeks because our little farm experienced a really unexpected, time consuming, life altering addition… premie baby goats! One of my does had her kids 12 days early and they are now living in my house😆 I was planning to kid share, and not take them so soon but they just wouldn’t have survived. They don’t have names yet, one doeling (right) and buckling (left). Anyway. The best laid plans, right? I got trays cleaned and planted today so back on track after a week of baby goat ICU taking my entire life. Enjoy your weekend and thank you always for your support 🥰🌱

Update! Did you know I moved my grow room? To an unfinished - but absolutely perfect - room in an addition to the ground floor of our home! Friends!!! I don’t have to haul trays up and down the stairs anymore!!! 🤩🤩 here is a peek at my rack currently, well sunflowers I just harvested, the rest tomorrow morning, and those fava beans just hitting the lights from blackout! Beauties! I do have another short stack in germination. 👀 once I get my things organized I’ll share more photos of my space but having all of my supplies in one place is simply magic 🌱

Mom hack: pile at least twice as many microgreens as you intend on eating and watch your 3 year old swipe them off your plate! This morning I dressed them simply with EVOO, lemon juice and salt (a trick I learned from 😘) and they are so so delicious like this, you HAVE to try it!
