Last weekend, 40 witches were counted on the water as SUP Witches! Olympia held a fundraiser for TCFB! Thanks to Lindsey and Erin for hosting the event, and to all the participating witches. TCFB's 2023 Staff Retreat
Last month TCFB enjoyed a much-needed Staff Retreat day. We enjoyed good food, fun, team-building, camaraderie, sharing ideas, silliness, respectfulness... and brainstormed our TCFB future. Hidden Creek Community Church graciously offered their space for the eating and meeting portion, and we ended the afternoon with a fun trip to The Painted Plate Olympia — where we each hand painted a ceramic piece which they fired for us. Celebrating and Congratulating one of TCFB's finest! Who is a 2023 South Sound Exceptional Woman Awardee? Our very own Morgan Lord — Lacey's Food Pantry Operations Manager (and long-time FORKids Program Coordinator). We all know a woman who has truly gone above and beyond to make the lives of all those around her better. Her dedication to service is exceptional. She does not do this for recognition.
