A nice & tasty sparkling from 🍾👍 very fresh with floral and stone fruit aroma out of the bottle, it developed into some tropical pineapple rind notes and even some toastiness over our time with it😀
P.S. we love this logo, it looks so cool!

After the (super) youthful Riesling from last time, we went with a with a bit of age 😃 Vat 1 is another icon, and this bottle is just emerging with some waxy notes, sour green apple 🍏 and slight toast. It will reward those who are more patient than us and can hold it in the cellar 😆

Classic Rioja from the super-reliable combining fruit with generous sweet oak. Some tertiary earth and leathery characteristics emerging, but still a long ways to go for age-ability!
