Trinity Church, Opelika

All are invited to join us for an enjoyable musical event on Sunday, August 18th at Trinity Church in Opelika. Christ Methodist Church of Auburn will be hosting Randall Atcheson for an evening of entertainment on the piano as he dazzles us with his amazing gift of music. This concert is sponsored by Christ Methodist Church in cooperation with Trinity benefitting the Stegall Seminary Scholarship Foundation. There will be a brief gathering following the concert in the Trinity Fellowship Hall.

TUESDAY BIBLE STUDY (previously known as "Brown Bag Bible Study") will start back for the Fall on Tuesday, September 24th at 11:00 a.m. in Room 304. Watch your Tidings and Bulletin for more details.

We are enjoying our first week back with the children at Trinity Preschool, what a special group of kids and teachers we have! Thank you also to everyone who donated supplies for our "Back To School" drive.

It's the first week of school for many of the kids in our community! We were honored to welcome students and teachers up for the "Blessing of the Backpacks" this past Sunday and hand out bibles to our rising Third graders.

We pray that everyone has a great year as we prepare for the new school year!

AMTRAK IN THE AFTERNOON will be Thursday, August 1st at 1:00 in Room 304. We enjoy this time as we have fun, food, and fellowship! If you have never played before, we welcome all beginners and are delighted to teach you how to play. A beginners table is offered for you. Come on out and join us and bring a friend!

Awana will start back at Trinity on September 4th and we are so excited to start a new year with the kids of this community!

What is Awana??? Awana is a Bible-based program for children that meets every Wednesday night at Trinity and aims to teach the Gospel of Christ and help them grow their faith!

Our kids camp theme this year was VOYAGE 🌊
We read through the whole book of Jonah. We learned about being LOST, FOUND, and our journey HOMEWARD. Thank you to all who bought strawberries and bbq tickets to get these kids to camp! This is the second year in a row we came back with one of our students making the most important decision to follow Jesus! This camp is truly a Christ centered week and we thank God for a wonderful time!
