My husband and father-in-law, worked hard the past 3 days on the balcony furniture... Power washing, Sanding and staining and it turned out  Beautiful 😍

Moving everything out!!! we start remodeling tomorrow, all tile and carpet coming out...
hardwood floors though out, new paint color, ship lap down hallway & tray ceiling, new lighting fixture and all new furniture😊❤️

 Flooring arrived today❤️ we have lots of work to get done!!
