I love you all. Be kind to one another. Hold on to your convictions, whatever they are, but also remember that we donât all know everyoneâs story. Some have watched as they lost someone they love. Some feel attacked. Some are confused and overwhelmed.
Be kind, love well, be understanding of one another, and know your experiences are not those of everyone. đ
I love podcasts...I'm currently listening to Happier, Kofi Kingston and .wwe The New Day, and The Ed Mylett Show just to name a few. What are you listening to?
Why massage? There are so many reasons.

Let's talk the benefits of good joint mobility.
Mobility is the ability of a joint to move through its entire range of motion fluidly. Itâs essentially an all-encompassing term for the various elements that contribute to full range of motion movement, which includes restricted muscle tissue, joints and the joint capsules, motor control, as well as your soft tissues (muscles). Mobility is not just about the muscles, but the joints that allow for movement as well.
When an athlete possesses good mobility, they are able to perform functional movements without limitations on their range of motion. However, an athlete who possesses good flexibility (strength, balance, and coordination) but lacks good mobility, may not be able to perform the same movements.
Good mobility in an athlete
