Split stance Isometric Pin Pulls we like to do these for 3-8 seconds each leg
Super set with split stance band assisted jumps.
Pair both movements for 3-5 sets after a few weeks of progressing you Will Notice your change of direction is better
You can stop Much quicker and produce more force helping you jump Higher!
