Happy Birthday to me and Happy 4 year anniversary to Hicks Financial. Thank you for all past and future clients and everyone who has supported me. Here are some things I have planned for the future personally as well as for the business. I’ll see you going forward.

Buyers Remorse. Now that the kids are out of school, don’t find yourself buying things for no reason. Let’s stay focused on our financial goals for the rest of this year. Money these days is hard to come by. Let’s make wise decisions.

Welcome to our buyers remorse series. We are talking about things you will regret wasting money on as time progresses. It’s ok to have nice stuff when you can afford them. But even as your money increases, you start to realize the things that you wanted at one phase, are really not worth the money. So spend your money responsibly.

These financial districts are great places to visit. Book your flight and enjoy the sights.

As much as I have a passion for Finance, I also have a passion for traveling. And even though finances are important here in the US, it is just as important around the globe. The financial infrastructure of a city or even a country has a big effect on what happens to the people who live there. So for the next few weeks I will be pointing out some financial districts around the world that you should know about and definitely visit one day.

As we wrap up black history month, hopefully I introduced you to African Americans who influenced finance and business, both past and future. And here is the last installment. One of the individuals in this post, I am sure you know very well. Continue to enjoy black history month.
