Dear Investors,
With 90% of our property owners living overseas, I'm sure you are all eager for an update on your investment after hurricane Irma.
As you will know from news coverage, Florida suffered significant storm damage and at this time, many homes and offices are still without power. I'm writing this from my own home which is lucky enough to still have an internet connection. Other memebers of staff are without power and no doubt some tenants are also without power.
Overall, it seems that at first sight at least, Orlando faired comparatively well though. I am unable to report on individual properties at this time, but if you don't hear from me, then no news is probably good news. Having said that, it may take a day or two to figure it all out, since tenants may find it difficult to report problems without phone or internet. We will know more in the next day or so and if there are issues with your units, we will let you know in due course - but we are expecting only minor issues.
Thanks for your patience and please excuse our tardiness this month if statements are a little slower than normal coming out.
