Hiiiii! I got to take a second go at aerial pole last night with @aerialmedperform at @flutterfitnessstudio. You know, to have spin in my name, I need some more work on getting my spin going. It's so much different (to me) than spinning for hammock or lyra. I'm not even putting music over this because the community love needs to be shared. Everyone was so supportive of each other. Also on the first day of the Do Less Intensive at @studio.nightshade, we had the prompt of 'Breathe'. I take my prompts very literally which is both a curse and a superpower. After a year and change, I returned to @studio.nightshade for an intensive. A little shorter and in a better mental place. These movements may look familiar to you if you've watched me like, ever. The prompt was to take three moves you always do and use only those for a whole song. One day, @natalya.nightshade, I shall rage. I'm sorry, what? Fortunately, band names were given too, so I just picked one of those. I don't do evenings often any more because my body tends to hate me when I don't have enough recovery time before bed (and yes, #washedgang is in bed early).
