UCF CVC East Student Living project update: This project has been a rewarding, challenging, and inspiring experience from the first day we put boots on the ground. In this new video compilation, you can see this project transform through site preparation, the demo of the existing drainage system, excavation and grading, and underground utility installation. This continued progress wouldn't have been possible without the hard work and cooperation between both CCC and Greystar.

In 2022 we broke ground with The Register at Grasslake in Winter Garden, FL. Our scope of work for this 20-acre project included the land clearing with controlled burning and the import and export of fill. We successfully completed this project for turnover in March of 2023.
