GET THERE EARLY ON SUNDAY!!! 8AM SHARP

ON SUNDAY MORNING AT 8AM YOU WILL RECEIVE A REGISTRATION CARD (PERSONAL INFO / VEHICLE INFO) AT THE GATE, AS WELL AS A SCORECARD. PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION CARD ON YOUR WAY TO THE TECH BOOTH AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANNOT COMPLETE IT IN TIME DON'T WORRY (YOU WILL BE DIRECTED BY THE SAME TECH INSPECTION BOOTH AS RACERS AND THEY WILL DIRECT YOU TO WHERE YOU NEED TO PARK IN RESPECTS TO THE CAR SHOW) ONCE YOU PARK YOU CAN BRING THE REGISTRATION BACK TO TECH IF YOU DID NOT DO SO PRIOR. WE NEED THESE BACK, OTHERWISE YOU WON'T BE JUDGED.

A TRACK LAYOUT MAP WE WILL BE POSTED BEFORE THE EVENT, SO THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO FOLLOW AND KNOW WHERE TO GO PRIOR TO ARRIVING. THIS CAR SHOW IS PARTICIPANT JUDGED (MEANING THE CAR SHOW PARTICIPANTS WILL JUDGE EACH OTHERS CARS). YOU WILL WRITE DOWN YOUR TOP 3 FOR EVERY CLASS AND SUBMIT THE COMPLETED FORM BY NO LATER THAN 2:30PM ON SHOW DAY.

WE WILL HAVE A PARKING SECTION SPECIFIC TO THE CAR SHOW PARTICIPANTS ONLY. IF THE SECTION BECOMES FULL, LET OUR EVENT STAFF KNOW SO THAT YOU CAN BE PLACED IN THE PROPER AREA. ONLY CAR SHOW PARTICIPANTS, VIP PARKING, OR RACERS ARE ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE PIT SIDE OF THE TRACK.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A GROUP AND WOULD LIKE TO PARK TOGETHER, PLEASE ARRIVE IN LINE TOGETHER SO THAT WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU IN THE SAME AREA. ONCE CARS ARE PARKED THEY WILL NOT BE MOVED TO TRY AND MOVE GROUPS TOGETHER.

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SECURE AREAS FOR EACH CLASS, BUT BE FLEXIBLE. THIS WILL BE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, SO WE ADVISE TO ENTER THE TRACK WITH THE FOLKS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PARKED NEXT TO IN THE SHOW AREA.

TROPHIES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE WINNER OF EACH CLASS, AND THE BEST OF SHOW WILL RECEIVE A $500.00 PRIZE.

CAR SHOW ATMOSPHERE

PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING CHAIRS! COOLERS ARE PERMITTED, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED. TAILGATE TYPE OF ATMOSPHERE, SO PLEASE BE NICE TO YOUR NEIGHBOR AND LETS HAVE A GREAT SHOW. NO TENTS BY SHOW VEHICLES. WE ADVISE YOU BRING FOLDABLE CHAIRS WITH OVERHEAD COVER.
