Stem Plant Hack #1 Propagate your stem plants easily and convert them to growing fully submersed with a simple method! Float em! After you see new roots shooting from the nodes, where the leaves and lateral stems are formed, you can then cut each internode, each section between the nodes, and you are left with many individual plantlets to use as needed, turning one bunch into 10! Ideally, you will plant the tops of each main stem in the front, leaving you with a better overall look to your work, as trimming and training are very necessary to achieve uniformity to the bunch as a whole. With proper trimming, they grow into the height and density you wish to achieve, similar to topping a tomato plant in the garden! But, Without proper fertilization, this is not as easy as you'd think. The addition of macro and micro fertilizers is highly recommended to achieve the very best look, allowing each plant in your aquarium to reach its full potential! I do apologize for the bad audio.
