Let’s ride as we celebrate National Roller Coaster Day with some of our Disney favorites! Disney has some of the most exhilarating roller coasters and fun-filled thrills for the family and little ones! If I had to choose one, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is my favorite roller coaster and is an absolute MUST for me when going to Disney! Up next on my Disney to-do list: stay at the Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge!

Next month I’ll finally be checking in at this resort as a guest after years of touring its gorgeous grounds as a visitor, diner, shopper, and general appreciator of its serene and tranquil atmosphere.

If you’ve called Boulder Ridge your home away from home on a past trip, let me know what you loved most about your stay! Personally, I think I am most looking forward to spending some time relaxing by the shore of the lake and soaking up the beautiful scenery! ~Stacy

Exciting News out of about Disney Parks and Disney Cruise Line! Here are just some of the things our team is excited to see come to life:

👁️ A Monster's Inc. Land will open in Disney's Hollywood Studios, featuring the first suspended coaster in a Disney park!
🏎️A Cars Land will open in Magic Kingdom, featuring two new Cars-themed rides!
😈Another Magic Kingdom addition: Villains will be casting their dark spells over a new land!
🌳Big changes are coming to Animal Kingdom, including attractions based on Indiana Jones, Zootopia, and Encanto!
🧚‍♀️The Blue Fairy will be leading an all-new nighttime parade through Magic Kingdom, starting in the summer of 2025!
🛳️Between 2027 and 2031, Disney plans to launch 4 new cruise ships, bringing their fleet total to 13!

The Oceanview Stateroom aboard the Disney Magic is the perfect mix of cozy and bright! 🤩

The porthole adds some welcomed natural light to help make the stateroom more inviting and there are some minimalistic nautical ⚓ touches throughout the stateroom to tie in the cruise ship feel.

There is a privacy curtain in the stateroom to provide separation from the bed and living area with the single sleeper sofa. 😴 This is great if you have someone in your party who likes to head to bed early and someone else who likes to stay up later.

There is a split bathroom to give more space for everyone to get ready in the mornings before you head off on your adventures. 🛳

Growing up, my mother always loved Disney Legend Annette Funicello, and as she shared her favorite TV and movies such as the Mickey Mouse Club, Babes in Toyland, and The Shaggy Dog with me when I was a kid, I became a big fan of the Mouseketeer too!

Fast forward to me touring Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows many years later and being super excited to spot Annette Funicello memorabilia around the grounds! Beyond the resort being beautiful, having an enchanting theme, and along the monorail route, seeing one of my favorite Disney stars celebrated here definitely cements its place on my wish list for a future stay!

Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow. Or more commonly known as EPCOT. This is a park that Walt Disney wanted to “always be in a state of becoming.”. ✨

The “Walt the Dreamer” statue at Dreamer’s Point in World Celebration at EPCOT is a warm reminder that all things are possible when we choose to dream. ☁️⭐️ There are benches and tables nearby where guests can sit and chat about their magical vacation or spend some time working on their dreams.

The holiday season will be here before we know it, but if you’re anything like me and just can’t wait for December, Christmas in July is the unofficial holiday for you! I’m spending the day listening to tinsel-inspired tunes, sipping on (frozen) hot chocolate, and looking back on past trips to Disney during the most magical time of the year!

In 2023 I had an absolute blast visiting the DVC resorts to see their incredible décor and seasonal displays! My personal favorite has got to be the giant gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, but there’s something beautiful and unique to see at each resort! From the towering, themed trees to sparkling lights, the spirit of the season shimmers all over the property!
