A glimpse into today's Yoga & Hiking trip -- a beautiful yoga flow along the banks of the Econlockhatchee River. Shout-out to UCF Recreation and Wellness Center for providing us with awesome instructors for all of our yoga-related trips. They're very knowledgeable and always provide such a welcome atmosphere for the students to practice at their own level!
