Eggs are always in the Fridge on the front porch.

Yesterday was interesting to say the least. If you can imagine, I am sitting in my office working on a difficult piece of code for a website I manage for work and suddenly I hear the windows rattle. I look up and outside is a cacophony of wind, lightening and dark clouds rolling in and my chickens spinning in the air. I run outside in a panic and start plucking chickens out of the air and hurrying them towards the coop to safety, all the while the wind is pushing me and tree branches are falling down all over the yard, lightening is running across the sky and the hairs on my arm are standing up. I finally get what I think is all of them into the coop and I think to myself, "stupid chickens should have taken cover from the wind instead of running across an open area," when it dawns on me, I am a stupid chicken to chase them and pluck them out of the air during a crazy high wind & lightening storm. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Now that is chicken love and dedication♥️

Meanwhile my 25 ducks are all in a straight line standing at attention with their beaks pointed into the wind like soldiers loving every minute of wind, rain and lightening. Probably laughing like heck at the crazy bird loving ladies antics. My life is certainly interesting at times. At least we have power. I did a bird count and all are here and accounted for.
Thankful and Blessed.
