On a more positive note… Katie Couch and I went out exploring the shoreline of our property. It was cool to see it from the water! I’m picturing Adirondack chairs and a fire pit here some day 👍
It's been a while since I've posted and a lot has been going on here at the. farm, but not much construction 😞 Asbestos in the attic insulation is confirmed and we are figuring out next steps. Bacteria in our well water was also confirmed so we will be having the well company out to take a look Our precious grapes are slim pickings because of a frost we had in May. What else can go wrong? How about a MASSIVE wasp nest buried in the ceiling of our porch? The humming sounds like an air conditioner! I attached a recent video so anyone interested can see how far we've gotten with our interior projects (not far at all, sigh) A dumpster will be delivered end of September for another round of demo. We'll just keep chipping away at this and hoping we win the lottery 😭 Words of encouragement appreciated - I'm ready to jump in the lake!
