I haven’t done a headstand since before my knee injury in October. I’ve gone from scooting around on my butt to walking around the block to back to my favorite movements! It isn’t until our basic functions are lost that we are truly humbled to be so so grateful for a body that is resilient and has the power to heal. 🙏🏻
