We can’t WAIT to see all the hard work and effort put in by our youth athletes this fall!💪

The results for our pro basketball athletes off-season testing are in!🏀💪

Even though their off-season is about 8-10 weeks, they were still able to make great improvements in their peak force, jump height, landing absorption and loading patterns.

Through the use of VALD force plates and velocity based training, the results can be driven to aid them in continuing to perform at a high level on the court for the upcoming season and elevate their athletic performance.

We are wishing Kyle Weems and Shavon Shields the best as they will face off again in Italy this coming season. We look forward to watching Alec Burks continue to tear up the NBA after his 6th year of offseason training with us!

Coach Nate had the amazing opportunity of coaching for the USA Adaptive Powerlifting at the MoveUnited Nationals in Birmingham, AL.

It was a great experience seeing so many athletes with huge accomplishments, whether it was hitting new PRs or competing in their first event. We are looking forward to getting back to the drawing board for programming to prepare them for their next competition!💪

We had the pleasure of performing our performance evaluations with the COOL swim team and are excited to have the ability to work with these talented athletes. This helps us in working alongside the coaching staff to ensure the athletes stay healthy and swim faster in the pool! We look forward to continuing our partnership with COOL and cannot wait to see all of the accomplishments their athletes will have in and out of the water!💪🏊

Coach Nate had the pleasure of helping run the powerlifting event, Warrior Games, in Orlando! In attendance were all the US Military Branches, as well as Team Australia. Coach Nate said “It was an honor to support, motivate and encourage service members on the bench!”

It truly was a great event in celebrating those who have served our country. 🇺🇸 We are proud to be able to support amazing events, teams, and athletes in any way we can.

We have had the ability to work alongside the Lebanon High School Baseball team and their coaches to build a routine for their athletes to grow. They have been working hard and dedicated to training year round while following the process.

They have seen improvements in not only power and speed, but also flexibility. With this, they also have seen program wide improvements in lower injury rates. We are proud to call them our and look forward to continuing this next year and pushing towards a district title!💪

We are proud of our remote affiliated team, Rockwood Summit, and all of the dedication they have been implementing into their daily routine. Whether on or off the field, we have had the privilege to continue to see these athletes flourish. With post-season testing, we really got a glimpse into seeing the hard work pay off and we cannot WAIT to keep up the momentum!💪👏

We had the ability to in-season test one of our affiliated teams, Mill Valley, to track their progress in the weight room throughout their season. Our weekly lifts were implemented around their schedule with their games in mind. There was an increase in games this year, but our athletes did not lose power throughout a grueling season with a systematic plan in place. Many athletes improved and it goes to show why in-season training is so important. We are proud of the work put in on and off the field by our athletes and we look forward to all of the growth in their performance to come!
