New Schedule for Midwest Open...Adult Black Belts & Under Belt Adults, Early start.

NASKA Midwest Require Gear
*Headgear : (Top Ten or Dipped Foam)
No cages or iron bars on the front.
*Face Shield required for under age 17
*Shin Guards: Dipped foam, Top Ten Type
No Soccer shin guards, gear is worn under uniform
*Hand and Foot Gear: Top Ten, Dipped Foam
No MMA Gloves or open finger gloves,
*Foot: Separate Boot required, no slip on shins
*Mouth Guard Mandatory
*Male/Female cup mandatory
*Elbows: Mandatory for black belts
*Karate/Sport Karate uniform required, sleeves to elbows
*Karate Belt is required
*Torn and gear is need of repair not acceptable. No Tape.
