Motivational Monday(and a little kick in the pants to boot)! So today, we stop the excuses! When you STOP MAKING EXCUSES about why you didn't get to the gym(or why you didn't put in your workout dvd at home)and about why you continue to make poor food choices day in and day out, you will FIND YOUR RESULTS! I'm not talking about taking a day or two off from training when you need it or taking an off-plan meal once in awhile. I'm talking about the constant excuses we tell ourselves, and others, about why fitness isn't a top priority. Drop them off at the door today and leave them there. They are NOT doing you any good! They are standing in your way of success. Now come on...go out and kick this Monday's ass!
