Hey Peeps I need your help! I'm a little slow this Summer. Totally my fault because I've been slacking with kids at home! I know I've said this before but I strictly rely on word of mouth for business and that's because you guys are my most trusted sources! Sure I could advertise but I have SO many repeat customers that I really just focus on keeping my product top level, and bringing the goods! Sooo my customer said she wanted a wine theme cake! But I'm not allowed to put that on my cakes soooo...

I delivered empty and she fixed it right up and I think it's amazingly adorable!

Final decision. Key West it is! Yall I just couldn't do the Panhandle. For the first time in MANY years we will not go to Destin! I am excited to see something new! Experience new culture and maybe just maybe eat some Key Lime pie!

Ya'll hear me out. I'm a little panicked. And for those close to me you already know this about me. But I am deathly afraid of sharks. We have been visiting Destin for 12 years or more and every year I'm a little skeptical. I had a co-worker who was at TU getting a psych degree once and he always said "Kelby it's the bell curve" I held onto that for years. Though I never swim with my family. I always stay near the shore. But my babies love the Ocean (specifically my babies with Autism) but this year is different. I have heard NON stop talk about sharks in the panhandle with 3 people being attacked near the areas we stay in ONE day. And I gotta tell you I'm stating to think maybe Disneyworld doesn't sound so bad after all 😳😮😱😲😬 like Jordan thanks for the lesson on the bell curve but I'm not sure that will get me by this year!

I know I have a few K pop fans here! And today is a big day in our world!!! Jin is back💜💜💜💜 that 18 months felt soooo long! I can't wait for them all to get out! Already prepping for that long flight to Seoul🤣

How many of you are just as busy in the Summer as the school year 😬life has been a little crazy for us lately but today somehow between Summer school, basketball, and some other things I pulled this one off ❤️❤️❤️

Funny story. Well maybe not funny. I had a crazy week. And had a lot going on that was heavy on my mind so truthfully I got a message from this customer Friday morning and she said can I pick up at 6....

I thought I might have a heart attack bc I knew but with everything going on I had forgotten! So I looked at the clock responded with yes and she picked it up and said it was beautiful and I made it to my hometown right on time💪🏼❤️

Moral of the story. Even I forget. And I panicked. And it still worked out.

Sooo MRI results are here and...

I do have small tears. They are trying to heal but he said after 4 months it's one of those things where it should've already. It's a wait it out or have ankle surgery. 3 month recovery. And that's a long time to go without cakes, working out, chasing kids and all the other things I love to do. So not really sure what to do. I can do what I can do it won't damage it further but it's a pain to have a kankle everyday. I can't do a lot of things normally and wearing flip flops, well and many other shoes I like isn't ideal. Moral of the story just say NO to trampolines. Sorry for the foot picture I'm sure your prefer a pretty cake🫢

So it's been 4 months since the infamous trampoline accident. And after PT and what I feel is an ample amount of time for healing I had an MRI. Let me just say there should be a major Warning for those of us with Panic. She was like it's only halfway in. Never mind I had to sit still for 20 mins and that in itself was a chore! The clearing of my throat, mouth drying out, not able to swallow I think it's safe to say I will not ever survive and actual MRI. No way they putting my whole body in the tiny little hole 🫢so my tips for a first time MRI. Yes you need to go to the bathroom first. Yes you want a blanket. Yes chew gum (if it's not on your head) yes take the meds prior to. All the things YES. I survived to tell you about it but dang. Never doing that again.

It! I wish I didnt! And I suck at decorating. Like I need help. I have NOTHING in my house. Like extreme minimalist is what I'll call it 🤦🏻‍♀️any suggestions ? Like I cannot tell you how many trips I've made to return stuff. I'm on my 3rd set of bedding and I'd like to return it to but frankly I'm embarrassed 🫢how do match things literally. Like maybe I should stick to cakes

Anyone have a salt water pool and able to keep things alive? I think the salt already has started killing my new plants! The leaves are already spotted! Help!!! I just want to keep my plants alive for once! Is it the salt?

Ya'll I'm so relieved. I have such a hard time wasting things! So I needed some big desserts and I cleaned out ALL my cake scraps! I used all my vanilla cake for goodies! Some pineapple cherry whipped pudding yumminess layered with LOTS of vanilla cake! I've never tasted something so good made out of scraps! And now I have a CLEAN freezer well at least for a few days!
