We have loved living in Ventura County from the second we made the move here back in 2013 and are so grateful to have found this amazing beach community to raise our babies in.

Pre-approval letters have been a huge part of my everyday lately. But let’s be real they always are if you’re an agent.

Lately though, I’ve had conversations with home shoppers that their agent said “go get that done, then we can talk” and I’ve heard from the offer side, agents telling me to accept their offers without a pre-approval 🤯

With all of that being said I say, let’s be kind to each other.

All parties in a transaction are wanting to either buy a home or sell a home. Something we are all so lucky to have the opportunity to do.

So for buyers, find yourself an agent that will help you along the way, refer you to someone, let you know what to do to get that process started and not just expect you to come back to them.

For agents, let’s not play any games, let’s get all of our clients ducks in a row and help our clients submit the best offer they can, no more playing poker with our clients homes on the line.
