Yesterday, we lost perhaps the biggest supporter that Paducah Rhythm R***e has ever known.💔 Gloria Williams, you were our Angel…now you are walking among them.🪽✨

You were always a cheerleader, a faithful capturer of DOZENS of performance videos, and a true believer in what we are trying to accomplish in Paducah, KY. Thank you for never waivering in your faith in this little dream of ours. Your kindness and light was, is, and will continue to be our inspiration. We will always love you, to Heaven and back.🤍

Our deepest condolences and all our love to Cast Member and Dance Captain Jordan Nicole Williams. Know that your mama will forever be a part of our PRR legacy.🥹💞

The PRR Crew had new adventures on Saturday night, performing for a whole new crowd in the great state of IL!! We are under sworn oath to not credit the establishment, as there are strict copyright laws forbidding so. All you need to know…is that it was a (s)LOT of fun!!! 🤭🫣🎶

PRR was asked to perform the opening piece for The Lourde’s Foundation’s annual Mardi Gras Celebration and Fundraiser last night!💛💜💚 Here, you see some of our core cast members and some new honorary members as well! Everyone slayed.🤌🏼👯‍♀️👯We live for these corporate events, and wanna thank Lisa Hancock and the committee once more for inviting us to entertain and network with such a distinguished group of folks…what an honor!! 🤩✨

Words cannot express the affections we have for this guy. He is not only a captivating singer, dancer and performer but he holds so much love in his heart for God, his community and the world, and you FEEL that every time he steps on stage. He is silly + charming in equal measure, and a vital centerpiece of PRR, being our only male cast member. Jae, you are an extra special, one-of-a-kind human. You’ve been the ideal “stage brother” to all us gals and we love you to infinity and beyond! Never, ever change.🚀🫶🏼

Why did you become a part of BLOOM?
To join in the commitment to expressive, narrative art in our community. I believe the arts aid in creative, social, relational, emotional, and mental development.

How do you feel like you can help others “bloom” through this organization?
By way of my leadership skills and encouragement, to serve spiritually through ongoing meditation/prayer, to contribute financially as budget allows, and assist in meeting goals in ways that God has equipped me.

Someone famous or historical who inspires you:
God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. Every area of my life has changed because of Him, and I am so very grateful and energized daily as a result. Secondly, my parents, who are both historical and famous to me, never steered my 6 sisters and me wrong. We were raised to demonstrate respect, family honor, Christian and public education, and the established law. Thirdly, all women courageous enough to pursue and stand firm for freedom from slavery, and to pursue public office.

Favorite Paducah locale:
The Market House Theatre

Favorite leisurely activity:
Taking a walk while singing along to favorite gospel and contemporary songs.

Favorite quote or verse:
“If God said it, that settles it." Also Deuteronomy 28:2, which says “All these blessings will come upon you and overtake you if you obey the Lord your God.”

She blooms wild + burns bright.🌸🔥 She doesn’t even know her own strength…and she’s more beautiful because of it. She is a big ball of silly and sarcastic but also…as gentle + graceful as a dove.🕊️ She is our Kiya. Our Simone. She has two names because, well, she’s just cool like that. We love you, baby!! Keep being YOU, and keep shocking the world with those pipes.🎤💎

L👀k at these dolls!👯‍♀️👯‍♀️ The ladies of PRR performed at Walker Hall on Saturday for “Dancin’ Divas”, a local fundraiser to benefit Norton Children’s Hospital. Huge shout out to Kelly Davis for being the heart of this amazing cause and for allowing us to be a part of it! 🙌🏼🫶🏼

The B.L.O.O.M. Initiative has been a proud recipient of the Carson-Myre Grant since 2017, and they have been so faithful in helping us achieve our dreams for a brighter Paducah ever since! We have been able to give over $40,000 in arts scholarships to students, and provide a professional platform for Paducah Rhythm R***e for the last 3 years!

We created an endowment fund with The Community Foundation of Western KY in 2019, and they have been an incredible support system in the philanthropy of BLOOM as well!

And we are pleased to announce that we just received our very first grant from the Kentucky Foundation for Women!!!

Big things are happening with BLOOM, if you can’t tell. Life-changing developments are within reach. We can’t wait to see our city and individual lives continue to be changed through the arts in a fresh, new way!

An immense “THANK YOU” to these organizations for believing in us, and for being steadfast in helping us to fulfill our mission for a more creative Paducah.

This crew has been performing together for over 3 years now.😇 We have been patiently awaiting the chance to put one of our shows on an ACTUAL stage, and now, our time has finally arrived!!! We hope you will come see this talented, hard-working cast of singers and dancers in “REWiND: A Sentimental Journey Through The Decades” on August 6th !!! You will finally see this show as it was meant to be seen - full costume changes, lights, sound, and a STAGE!!! Musicians: YOU are the final missing piece, so we encourage you to come take a gander if you’ve ever been intrigued with playing for a production company. We’re gonna need you SOON! ✨

We’re getting closer everyday to our goal of performing on the Dunlap Theater stage!!!✨ In the meantime, here are a few dates to look out for!👀🤗

“The Last Great Decade: a tribute to the 90’s” was a smashing success!!! $850+ was raised to assist in a mentorship program for aspiring young performers in our community who may go unreached.
