Flag Day 🇺🇸

Today commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States on June 14, 1777 by resolution of the Second Continental Congress.

The Flag Resolution stated "That the flag of the thirteen United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation."

The number of stars in our constellation has grown.

May we always remember our flag and what it represents.

Many heart felt thanks for those who lent me some space in their yards over the last months. ❤️

Time to do some spring/summer cleaning and pick up yard signs until the fall. ☀️
