Welcome to Tula Wellness: Helping people find balance.
Tula Wellness is a uniquely designed combination of mindfulness and movement which encourages both mental and physical health for individuals and/or groups ages 5-95. The connection between mind and body is what inspires us to move to live and live to move. It is impossible to separate the two when working towards changes in ones physical and mental health. When we mindfully connect to our movements were are better equipped to make the small adjustments that can have incredible impact on achieving our health goals.

My name is Kathy Falotico, the founder of Tula Wellness, a mobile mental and physical health agency.
*I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, CrossFit level 1 coach, kids CrossFit coach, yoga instructor, certified mindfulness coach and Social Emotional Learning specialist.
*Tula Wellness runs several groups out of I.F.C. Palatine gym:
**Rebels Special Olympic Powerlifting team
**Yoga classes
**Functional movement classes focusing on reconnecting our body and mind working together to improve daily movements (This is a 6 week group 2x per week)

*Tula Wellness works hard to create a positive, comfortable environment by:
**Reducing over head to keeps costs down,
**Eliminating the concept of a traditional therapy office
**Increasing the knowledge of how to use the tools we have available to us no matter the place.

*Sessions are held at but not limited to: local parks, park district buildings, libraries, private homes or places of business but can also be at I.F.C. gym.
*Sessions include a combination of talking and moving to support the goals of the person/group.
