My name is Collin Bryant, and I am a Professional Home Inspector with a background in pest control and remodeling. I currently live in Lufkin, TX, with my beautiful wife and two wonderful sons.

I am passionate about serving others and helping in any way I can. I currently volunteer at my local church weekly in multiple areas and try to personify what it means to be a faithful Christian in every walk of life.

Between the ages of 14 and 19, I worked in the remodeling industry, where I gained valuable life skills such as carpentry, framing, finish work, electrical work, wiring process, rough-in plumbing, and septic service/installation process. After moving to East Texas, I began attending Texas Bible College and working in the pest control industry, which I did for many years before joining East Texas Home Inspection as a Home Inspector.

I strive to take the skills and knowledge I have acquired through hard work and continue to add to my understanding daily to provide my clients with more than just a service, but also valuable information that will aid them in the home buying process.

Adam De La Piedra has been a part of the East Texas Home Inspection & Pest Control family since 2019. What originally started as a side hustle while he taught middle school math, Adam realized he could still make a difference by serving and educating his clients during the home buying process.

Chris Turnbow is a Professional Home Inspector at East Texas Home Inspection. He is experienced and educated in all components of a home. He enjoys giving an honest, accurate, and fair representation of the home he has inspected. He takes pride in customer service and treats every home inspection as if he was the one buying the property.

Chris is privileged to have been under the tutelage of the most experienced home inspectors in Texas. As a professional home inspector with prior history in electrical, plumbing trades, and general contracting, he is well suited to conduct a thorough inspection.

Chris is a native East Texan. He has been married for 18 years to his wife, Crystal. They have two teenage sons and two Goldendoodles. Evan McWhorter has been a professionally licensed home inspector since 2013 and has performed more than 2500 inspections for his clients across North and East Texas. As the “city boy” at East Texas Home Inspection and Pest Control, Evan works predominately in the DFW metroplex but is no stranger to the East Texas landscape.

As a licensed home inspector, licensed pest and termite technician, certified pool operator, and inspector, and a NAWT certified septic inspector, Evan can inspect a wide variety of properties for his clients.

Evan listens to podcasts while he’s on the road to and from jobs and is always happy to make new four-legged friends on the job site. While these new friends are usually of the dog or cat variety, there have been a few lamas, horses, longhorns, and even a buffalo or two along the way! Evan is a die-hard Formula 1 racing fan and enjoys watching races in his free time.

Hi, my name is Michael Quintal, and I am a Professional Home Inspector with East Texas Home Inspection. I moved to East Texas 7 years in 2015 with my wife and two dogs. I love this state and its people. I moved here from California, where I grew up and lived for most of my life. I am a Military Veteran, having served in the United States Navy Search and Rescue. After the service, I became a Truck driver. I also worked in the film and entertainment industry as an actor/extra for a while. Later in life, I owned my own pool business.

I became an inspector, with the help of the inspector who inspected my house when we moved here. He worked for East Texas Home Inspection. I was introduced to the owner of the company, Mr. JD Fuller, and under his teaching, I learned this wonderful business of home inspections. I enjoy this business because I get to meet many different people and see many new places in this great State of Texas.

Robbie Kirkpatrick has been a licensed professional home inspector since 2015 and has done over 1600 inspections for clients in East Texas. Robbie is very familiar with the East Texas area since he was born and raised in this region.
As a licensed professional home inspector, commercial pest technician and certified termite technician, certified pool operator & inspector, and NAWT certified septic inspector, Robbie can inspect all types of properties. Robbie brings with him 12 years of prior experience as an owner of a construction company.

Robbie enjoys the outdoors, hunting, competitive shooting, and cooking for a crowd. Robbie loves people and enjoys meeting people on the job sites. My name is Bill Greer, and I am a Professional Home Inspector, Commercial Pest Technician, and Certified Septic Inspector. I have been a part of the East Texas Home Inspection and Pest Control family for over 7 years.

Some of my past work experience is 15+ years in Geothermal Air conditioning field design and installation, 4 years of service in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a Corrections Officer, privately owned business re-finishing bathtubs, sinks, and countertops.

I graduated high school in 1965 and spent 2 years in college before entering into military service. In 1967 I joined the USAF and served in many places worldwide, including the Philippines, Canal Zone, Turkey (NATO), Louisiana, and Mississippi. Service included time assigned in maintenance and an instructor in radio maintenance/repair. I received several service-related awards and medals, including expert marksmanship, meritorious service in multiple assignments, effective writing, and effective speaking awards while at the NCO Academy. I retired in 1988 with the rank of Master Sargent after proudly serving my country for over 21 years.

I am an Ordained Southern Baptist Deacon. I have taught adult Bible study for 30+ years. I also serve my church as an interim music leader and interim pastor.

I married my lovely wife, Cheryll Anne, in September of 1968, and we have been by each other side ever since. My hobbies include fishing, woodworking, and spending time with kids and grandkids.

Hi, my name is Jason Spraggins, and I am a Professional Home Inspector with East Texas Home Inspection. I have lived in Nacogdoches, Texas, since 1973. After graduating from Martinsville ISD in 1988, I served in the United States Marine Corps until 1993.

I decided to enter the construction trade and work there until 2008 until I became interested in the Home Inspection industry. I became licensed as a Professional Home Inspector in 2008.
